

With RuneMate, you trade off some performance to have a more 'realistic' interaction with the game, sometimes it unintentionally misclicks for example. Reflection bots are typically favored by players who are not running gold farms. With that said, it's still possible to get banned due to Jagex having pretty solid pattern recognition. RuneMate inherently has the lower ban rate of all the reflection and injection clients listed above due to their approach using reflection. Robots in Disguise is purely an AI/ML approach, essentially a smarter color bot. Dreambot I believe is color-based (with a small amount of injection just to grab certain environment variables I believe, I could be wrong about this one).

RsPeer, TriBot, PowerBan, and OSBot are injection.
